CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
No return or cancellation is possible once the order has been handed over to the customer and payment has been made for the delivery.
We request customers to carefully check the products while accepting delivery.
In case you are not satisfied with the quality of the products, please return the ordered items immediately to our Delivery Expert at the time of delivery.
Our Delivery Expert will communicate the issue to us, and you may request:
- A re-order for the next day, or
- A replacement once stock becomes available.
Refund Eligibility
We will only accept returns if:
- The product is damaged upon arrival.
- The wrong item has been delivered.
- The product does not match the specifications ordered.
If the delivered product is not maintained at the required temperature or is kept in unhygienic conditions after delivery, the customer will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Products should be maintained at the required storage temperature of below -12°C.
Cash on Delivery Orders
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), customers are required to pay only the adjusted amount for the products accepted by them.
Prepaid Orders
For prepaid orders, refund requests will be initiated after verification.
The refund amount will either:
- Be credited back into your account, or
- Be handed over in cash by our Delivery Expert after confirmation from our Service Team.
Replacement & Complaint Timeline
We reserve the right to refuse replacement of products if we are not informed about the issue within one hour from the time of delivery.

Deliveries will not be available on Sundays and National Holidays as our staff will be on leave.
Online orders will be delivered within 1–2 working days.
